THIS DECAL SET IS OUT OF PRODUCTION


This decal sheet features markings for twenty one P-47D Thunderbolts from Barracuda's recent book "Thunderbolts of the Hell Hawks", the 365th Fighter Group in WWII. The markings are the result of over two years of research, and are based on mostly unpublished photos of the real aircraft. Over 14 spot printed colors as well as 4 color process were used to render the unit's complex and colorful markings. 19 of the subjects have never been produced before in decal form. Decals are printed by Cartograf, so are of the highest quality. Supported by a number of national markings options and two complete sets of stencils, this sheet also has a few bonus markings in the form of squadron patches for the pilot's jackets and some personalized bomb markings. A must have sheet for P-47 fans.

This is a limited edition release. They will not be reprinted. Full color instructions show profiles for all 21 aircraft. A extremely detailed, 26 page instruction book can be downloaded upon purchase, showing full details of the paint and markings, as well as a little background, of each subject.
